Real Estate Specialist [2/2014-Present]

As a licensed real estate broker, I proactively represent Buyers, Sellers and Investors to ensure successful housing and financial goals are met. I strive to stay current on available data to provide accurate market analyses and the newest tech tools keeping clients competitive. I am proud to be affiliated with John L Scott, an established and respected brokerage firm with an excellent reputation in the NW.

Director of Property Management [1992-2009]

In this role, I was responsible for overall successful operations of portfolio of over 1200 units of housing and 25,000 sf of commercial retail space. I prepared and presented budgets, occupancy reports, strategic plans, etc. to 15-20 members of Board of Directors. Additionally, I managed a staff of 25 + employees, confirming compliance with all property management, employment laws, etc.
